OUR MISSION

At LRG Fitness, we are dedicated in providing our clients with the best personal training service. 

We ensure our clients are receiving the best service and achieving the best results by creating a client centred approach, where we work with the client and help the navigate their goals in a realistic and easy to understand way.

Our coaches are well educated, experienced and constantly stay up to date with the latest research on nutrition and exercise. 

LRG Fitness members are always learning and thriving under our guidance so they can step out in to the fitness world confident and autonomous.

Personal Training

Tired of following generic exercises on YouTube that serve you and your goals no purpose? 

Our knowledgeable and experienced coaches tailor programs to the clients level of experience, preferences and goals. Our personal training sessions allow the coaches to take you through the program, educating and empowering you along the way.

 

Whats included:

- Access to full coaching program (includes structured training & nutrition program)

- Weekly face to face training sessions

Online Coaching 

Online coaching is tailored for people who live too far for face to face coaching, train out of another gym, or are advanced trainers. 

Our coaches will personalise your coaching program to your level of experience and goals. 

Whats included:

- Access to full coaching program (includes structured training & nutrition program)

- Weekly,  fortnightly or monthly check ins

Nutrition only

Nutrition only coaching for people who already have an exercise plan or people who just want to create better eating habits. 

Nutrition coaching is tailored to your personal preferences, currentl lifestyle, level of experience and goals. 

Whats included:

- Access to your own nutrition platform

- Progress pictures

- Girth measurements

- Basics of Nutrition

- Meal plan and/or calorie plan

Exercise program only

Just want something to follow? 

We offer training programs that are catered to you and your goals.

Our coaches will update the program every week to make sure you're still progressing and are not left wondering what to do next.

Whats included:

- Access to a 6-8 week training program
